Making a
meditation on the beach invigorates me - especially when the water rattles
around rocks.

Doherty workshop I find that liminal space (i.e. threshold space) is the
creative space – it’s also the place of chaos
When I
dialogue with the pain in my body it teaches me to be creative.
Creativity
in any form comes from the Spirit of Life. Being creative lifts my spirits.
Spending
time with kids – I see things through their eyes – young eyes.
My old journals
contain some good and useful thoughts. I’m glad I didn’t delete them.
