Seven Soul Things I Learned this Summer

Making a meditation on the beach invigorates me - especially when the water rattles around rocks.

In a John Doherty workshop I find that liminal space (i.e. threshold space) is the creative space – it’s also the place of chaos

When I dialogue with the pain in my body it teaches me to be creative.

Creativity in any form comes from the Spirit of Life. Being creative lifts my spirits.

Spending time with kids – I see things through their eyes – young eyes.

My old journals contain some good and useful thoughts. I’m glad I didn’t delete them.

I guess this applies to Journal entries too.

    Thanks for sharing Joanie
